To ensure user safety, resolve technical issues, and maintain the integrity of our service, Ataraxia Bot's developers and designated support staff may occasionally need to join a Discord server where the bot is installed. To fully respect server privacy and comply with Discord's developer guidelines, this process is structured as follows:

• Consent-Based Access: Except in extreme circumstances, bot developers will request access using an interactive support system that sends a direct message to the server owner. A temporary, single-use invite is generated only if the server owner explicitly approves the join request.
• Scope of Audits: Joining is strictly limited to resolving complex technical issues, debugging server-specific features, or investigating credible reports of severe Terms of Service or Discord Community Guideline violations.
• Alternative Actions: If access is denied by the server owner and severe violations are ongoing, we reserve the right to remotely restrict features or remove the bot from the server entirely rather than bypassing server privacy settings.

This transparent safety-auditing system ensures a secure environment for all communities while respecting administrative boundaries. All data observations remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
